How it Works
There are a number of reasons why owners of properties are turning to a cash buyer when wanting to sell their property. We have cash readily available now so whether you need a fast sale because you have seen another property you want to purchase or your original sale has fallen through, then just give us a call.
Step 1
There will be an initial telephone conversation with one of our experienced sales consultants and you will be given an approximate offer on which we would be looking to purchase your property at.
Step 2
If you feel the offer is something that you can accept then a member of our qualified property buying team will arrange a best time to visit the property to confirm the offer with you in person.
Step 3
We can allocate a solicitor to act for you, free of charge. Alternatively you can use your own and we'll even contribute up to £500 towards their fees.
Completion
We can act as quickly as you request, in less than 7 days if you want an immediate sale. On completion, the cash funds are sent to your solicitor and then received by you.
